Product Introduction
RP405 paver is a hydraulic-driven small wheeled paver with <5m paving width. It’s especially suitable for the constructions with specific construction quality requirements, including small roads, urban road construction, and classified highway maintenance, and can meet the constructions under narrow working conditions, including sidewalks, auxiliary lanes, non-motorized vehicle lanes, and ditches.
Product Uses
(1) gravel:
An aggregate spreader is one of the road surface construction machines. A construction machine that can spread the gravel evenly on the roadbed. It is mainly composed of hopper, supporting roller, skid, V-shaped scraper, widened side plate and running wheel.
(2) Asphalt concrete:
A machine that spreads asphalt mixture evenly on the base of the road and carries out preliminary shaking and leveling. There are two types of tracks and tires. It is composed of traction, spreading, shaking and ironing. The former includes a frame, a power unit, a walking device, a hopper, a feed door, a scraper conveyor, a spiral paver and a cab. The latter includes a traction arm, a vibrating mechanism and a flattening device (consisting of an ironing plate, a thickness regulator, a camber regulator and a heating device, etc.).
