Performance characteristics of road rollers
(1) Engine
Equipped with Shangchai Guo III water-cooled engine, it has a large power reserve, low fuel consumption, and low noise.
(2) Hydraulic walking drive system
A closed hydraulic drive system composed of a variable pump and a dual variable motor achieves full drive of the front and rear wheels, ensuring that the roller has good driving performance and climbing ability. Four speed continuously variable transmission ensures operation at the most suitable speed under different working conditions.
(3) Transmission system
Adopting domestically produced heavy-duty drive axles.
(4) Hydraulic vibration system
Using imported variable displacement pumps and quantitative motors to form a closed hydraulic system, with dual frequency and dual amplitude, scientifically reasonable static line load and excitation force configuration, ensuring effective compaction of different types of materials and layers of different thicknesses.
(5) Vibration wheel
XCMG's vibration wheel adopts an inner cylindrical vibration chamber structure, and applies long-life vibration wheel design technology and extreme pressure equalization technology.
(6) Anti roll over cab
Good sealing performance, equipped with air conditioning, cassette player, suspended seats, large interior space and equipped with large area glass, providing a safe and comfortable operating environment for the driver.
