Product Descripution

The XD143 vibrating roller uses the most advanced intelligent control system internationally, which is based on CAN-BUS bus communication technology; Under compaction conditions, the starting acceleration and stopping deceleration characteristics of the roller are optimized, and the acceleration and deceleration time will be longer than normal driving, avoiding the roller's movement of materials, improving the smoothness of the road surface, and reducing cracks. The XD143 vibration roller also has multiple energy-saving and emission reduction functions, such as an intelligent heat dissipation system and automatic throttle.

The front and rear frames adopt the current mainstream frameless structure, which increases the approach and departure angles of the vehicle, effectively improving the edge pressing performance of the whole machine. The independent articulated steering structure is adopted, and the whole machine realizes modular installation, making the structure more compact and shortening the wheelbase of the whole machine. The turning radius of the whole machine is minimized at the same tonnage.

The vibration wheel adopts a traditional cylindrical four support structure, which has a long service life. In addition, the vibration wheel adopts our company's unique pressure equalization technology, which controls the amplitude difference between the left and right vibration wheels within 3%, effectively ensuring the smoothness of the road surface.

(1) The standard configuration of the power system is a Daidz BF4M1013-15T3R/2 engine with a rated power of 111kW. Deutz AG is a German engine manufacturer with a long history. Its engines have been designed to meet the strictest technical standards since the conceptual stage, and can meet all non road mobile device emission regulations. Currently, this engine complies with National Phase III.

(2) The muffler, jointly designed with Southeast University, adopts the latest impedance noise reduction technology to effectively eliminate low-frequency noise during engine idle, resulting in lower overall noise.

Adopting full hydraulic transmission and full electro-hydraulic control technology, all of which are controlled by electrical switches, making it easy to operate abnormally. The control console and seat can rotate within a certain range and have corresponding positioning points, providing a good view of various compaction states. A three-level vibration reduction system with a vibration reduction effect of over 98% can fully ensure passenger comfort.

hydraulic system

The hydraulic system of road rollers mainly includes hydraulic drive system, hydraulic vibration system, hydraulic steering system, hydraulic braking and oil replenishment system.

The hydraulic drive system adopts a parallel closed circuit composed of one pump and two motors; The hydraulic vibration system adopts a closed circuit composed of two pumps and two motors for the front and rear wheels. The system has high reliability and long working life.

The hydraulic steering system adopts an open circuit. It consists of a steering pump, a fully hydraulic steering gear, two steering cylinders, and an oil pipe.

The hydraulic braking and oil replenishment system is supplied with oil by the oil replenishment pump, which provides oil replenishment for the drive system and vibration system, as well as pressure oil for the braking system composed of brake valves and wet multi disc hydraulic release brakes.

The hydraulic system is equipped with a short distance towing function. Remove the spring pin of the valve group, tighten the switch, and use the hand pump to release the wheel brake for short distance towing.

Hood&Cabin

(1) After flipping the new hood to both sides, it is convenient to maintain the engine system. The horizontal engine design allows for a clear view of the engine and hydraulic system components when the left and right doors are opened, making maintenance and repair time and effort efficient.

(2) Standard air-conditioned cab with a wide view. The cab adopts a fully sealed vibration damping structure, equipped with a single cooling air conditioner, which is comfortable and reliable to operate. The appearance is beautiful and elegant, and the interior is elegant and bright, reaching the advanced level in China. The layout of the control levers, steering wheel, driver's seat, and monitoring instruments inside the driver's cab should comply with the principles of ergonomics. To reduce the adverse effects of vibration on the driver and indoor components, vibration damping devices are used between the driver's cab, seat, and frame.
