XCMG single drum vibratory road roller compactor 500kg XMR053
XMR053 is hand-holding single drum vibratory roller with service mass of 0.5t, which is mainly used for compaction of asphalt concrete pavements and especially suitable for compaction of such small works as roads in cities and towns and stadiums. It is applicable also to compaction of small and medium size foundations, secondary foundations, sand and sandstone materials; the machine in integrated frame structure has small width, large ground clearance and superb edge compaction performance. Its unique superiority highlights especially in compaction of narrow working site and groove foundation
1) Imported air-cooling gasoline engine has two starting modes of electric starting and backlash pull, which features low fuel consumption and easy and comfortable operation.
2) Imported hydrostatic drive unit integrates pump motor to realize hydrostatic drive and substantially save space in order to facilitate structural arrangement and bring about high reliability
3) The electromagnetic clutch controls vibration that has few fault points and is easy to maintain.
4) Water is watered by gravity. The large capacity water tank reduces the time of shutdown for filling of water.
5) The position of multi-angle operating handle is adaptable to different topographies and habits of operators to render more comfortable operation.
6) Forward and backward gears are able to center automatically. The roller stops immediately once the operator releases the running handle, featuring high safety.
7) High-frequency vibration compaction technology: the compacted materials can achieve better compaction effect under the action of high-frequency vibration.
8) Edging technology: extreme edging technology is employed in structural design to bring about superb edging distance and extremely large clearance with road edge at one side of the body so as to compact closest to the obstacle.
